Peer Support

Our Resource Centre is a comfortable and friendly environment from which we provide a variety of peer support services. Peer support means being supported by others who really do understand. Someone who is equal to you and has similar though not necessarily the same experiences. We believe that everyone should have access to good quality peer support, wherever you live.

Peer support means walking the same road together, helping each other out along the way

What does the support offer?

Our peer support offers a variety of activities that aim to bring people together. Individuals can access to up to 6 sessions of a peer support group. Regular reviews will take place to ensure the right support needs are met.

Kettering Mind’s current peer support groups available are:

  • Creative Arts
  • Gardening
  • Long-Covid Peer Support Group
  • Hoarding Peer Support Group
  • Walking Group
